Symptoms

Cause

オペレーティング システム3.2.x以前を実行している一部のPowerStoreシステムでは、システム チェックのデフォルト時間360秒では、チェックを完了するのに十分ではありません。これにより、ヘルス チェック ジョブが失敗します。

Resolution

対処方法: 
  1. サービス コンテナから次のサービス コマンドを使用して、ヘルス チェックの結果を確認します。
svc_health_check run
  1. いずれかのチェックが失敗と報告された場合は、失敗したチェックの状態を解決します。
  2. 次のサービス コマンドを再度実行して、すべてのテストが合格したことを確認してから続行します。
svc_health_check run
メモ: この問題は、PowerStore MANAGERによって開始されるヘルス チェック タイムアウト値を360秒から600秒に増やすことで、PowerStoreOS 3.5.0で対処されています。
