Symptoms

Switch with N-Port Identifier Virtualization (NPIV) feature enabled reloads with ACLTCAM crash while bringing UP port channel connected with N-Port Virtualizer (NPV) switch. 
show system reset-reason

Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
Service: acltcam hap reset
Version: 8.4(2e)

Cause

Known issue in 8.4(2e) firmware

Resolution

Workaround:
Bring each member of the port channel up one by one.
