Symptoms

Die folgende Warnmeldung wird in der NetWorker Management Console (NMC) angezeigt

Configure MailHome/SCG feature under Server - Usage Analytics - Properties.

 

Cause

Die Warnung liegt daran, dass EMC Secure Remote Services (ESRS) jetzt veraltet ist.

 

Resolution

Installieren Sie die Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Virtual Edition 5.12 oder höher vom https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/secure-connect-gateway-ve/drivers und konfigurieren Sie NetWorker für die Kommunikation mit der SCG-Appliance.
