Symptoms

A seguinte mensagem de advertência é exibida no NetWorker Management Console (NMC):

Configure MailHome/SCG feature under Server - Usage Analytics - Properties.

 

Cause

O aviso é porque o EMC Secure Remote Services (ESRS) agora está obsoleto.

 

Resolution

Instale o Gateway de conexão segura (SCG) edição virtual 5.12 ou posterior a partir do https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/secure-connect-gateway-ve/drivers e configure o NetWorker para se comunicar com o equipamento SCG.
