Symptoms

In NetWorker Management Console (NMC) viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio di avvertenza

Configure MailHome/SCG feature under Server - Usage Analytics - Properties.

 

Cause

L'avviso è dovuto al fatto che EMC Secure Remote Services (ESRS) è ora obsoleto.

 

Resolution

Installare Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Virtual Edition 5.12 o versione successiva dal https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/secure-connect-gateway-ve/drivers e configurare NetWorker in modo che comunichi con l'appliance SCG.
