Symptoms

Geen geluid hoorbaar na het bijwerken van de driver in Windows 11

 

U kunt een audioprobleem ondervinden na het upgraden van de audiodriver. Er komt geen geluid uit het apparaat nadat u de audiodriver hebt bijgewerkt naar de meest recente revisie. Er zijn geen knallen of markeringen in de applicatie Apparaatbeheer. Er is echter geen geluid hoorbaar bij het afspelen van media. (Bijvoorbeeld: Muziek en video's.)

Opmerking: Dit probleem doet zich alleen voor op computers met versie 24H2 van het Windows 11-besturingssysteem. U kunt uw revisie van Windows controleren met behulp van de volgende stappen:

  1. Druk tegelijkertijd op het Windows-logo en de R-toetsen en laat deze los om een venster Windows Run te openen.

  2. Typ winver en druk op de Enter-toets om een informatievak Over Windows te openen.

  3. Het informatievak bevat de versie en de versie van het besturingssysteem die op uw apparaat worden uitgevoerd.

 

Cause

Er treedt een eenmalige installatiefout op bij de audiodriver in Windows 11. (Versie 24H2) Dit gebeurt alleen als de audiodriver voor het eerst sinds november 2023 wordt bijgewerkt.

Resolution

Opmerking: U moet over beheerdersrechten op uw computer beschikken om wijzigingen in het besturingssysteem aan te brengen of software bij te werken.

De volgende instructies leiden u bij het verwijderen van het audioapparaat en vervolgens het installeren van een nieuwe audiodriver voor uw apparaat:

  1. Open de applicatie Configuratiescherm van uw computer:

    1. Klik op het menu Start of op de zoekbalk.

    2. Typ Control Panel.

    3. Markeer het Configuratiescherm in de resultaten.

    4. Klik op Openen van de zoekresultaten.

  2. Klik op Een programma verwijderen om een lijst met de programma's en applicaties op uw apparaat weer te geven:

    1. Uw computer gebruikt de Cirrus High Definition Audio Driver of de Realtek Audio Driver.

    2. Zoek uw driverapplicatie in de lijst en klik er met de rechtermuisknop op.

    3. Selecteer Verwijderen in het menu dat verschijnt.

    4. Afhankelijk van uw accounttype wordt u mogelijk om beheerderstoegang gevraagd. Gebruik een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord voor de beheerder om door te gaan.

    5. Volg de instructies op het scherm om het bestand te verwijderen.

  3. Start het apparaat opnieuw op en start opnieuw op naar het besturingssysteem.

  4. Gebruik de volgende tabellen om te bepalen welke audiodriver u moet installeren en volg deze instructies om de driver te installeren:
