Symptoms
When running the Rapid Upgrade Checker (RUCK), you get the following error:
Correct appliance version /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml XML on ACM and retry.
RUCK gives the following check code:
acm_rpm_and_xml_versionCause
The appliance version in the /usr/local/dataprotection/server/version/applianceVersion.xml file does not match the version shown in the RPM -qa output.
Resolution
NOTE: A fix for this issue has been added to the goidpa tool, follow the below KB to install goidpa:
Then run the following command on the ACM:
