Causa

Un tentativo manuale di eseguire un'istantanea della VM ha esito negativo all'interno di vCenter.

Resolución

Soluzione alternativa:

  1. Eseguire la migrazione vMotion della macchina virtuale a un altro host ESXi.
  2. Eseguire nuovamente l'istantanea manuale.
  3. Una volta completata l'istantanea manuale, il backup della VM sul vProxy procede
Contattare il supporto VMware se un'istantanea manuale non riesce o se gli errori delle istantanee sono persistenti.
