Dell Unity: Administrere RASK VP Auto Tiering-flytting gjennom Unisphere CLI

Helautomatisk lagringsnivå for virtuelle utvalg (FAST VP) er tilgjengelig i tradisjonelle hybridutvalg. Den gjelder ikke for dynamiske utvalg.

FAST VP gjør det mulig for systemet å beholde de mest tilgjengelige eller viktigste dataene på raske stasjoner med høy ytelse. Den flytter de sjeldnere tilgjengelige og mindre viktige dataene for å redusere ytelsen og kostnadseffektive disker.

RASK VP:

• Rask VP overvåker bruken av dataene i et lagvis utvalg. Lagvise utvalg er heterogene utvalg som er konfigurert med flere diskklasser (SAS Flash 2 eller SAS Flash 3, pluss SAS eller NL-SAS).
• Avhengig av nivåpolicyen bruker overvåkingsstatistikken automatisk databiter, ved 256 MB detaljnivå, til andre nivåer i utvalget. 
• Utfører belastningsfordeling på tvers av diskene i lagvis og ikke-vekslebart utvalg

• Rediger fast VP-informasjon for systemet:

For example, the following command changes the data relocation schedule to run on Mondays and Fridays from 23:00 to 07:00:

• Rediger FAST VP-innstillinger for utvalg for å få det til å følge planen på systemnivå eller ikke (noe som gjør det under manuell flytting):

• Start dataflytting på et utvalg:

Default rate is medium
Default end time is 8 hours after start
If you want to edit the end time, add the time in HH:MM format

 

• Stopp dataflytting på et utvalg:
