Supported Action — SupportAssistCollection

Description

This method is used for triggering a SupportAssist collection and, optionally, send the collection to Dell or a network share.

NOTE A star (*) indicates a required parameter, else the parameter is optional.
Parameter Type Value Description
DataSelectorArrayIn array DebugLogs, HWData, OSAppData, OSAppDataWithoutPII, TTYLogs This property allows to select the different type of logs in the collection. Default value for this parameter is HW Data and MUT logs are part of every collection.
Filter string 'No', 'Yes' This property specifies whether the collection should be filtered for PII (Personal Identification Information). Filter = 1 indicates that the collection is filtered for PII and excludes all debug logs and storage logs. When this parameter is not passed, default value is 0 (No filtering).
IPAddress string The IP address of network share. This parameter is mandatory when ShareType is NFS or CIFS.
IgnoreCertWarning string 'Off', 'On' Specifies if certificate warning should be ignored when HTTPS is specified. If IgnoreCertWarning is On, warnings are ignored. Default is 2 (On).
Password string Password of the account to access the share. This parameter is mandatory if ShareType is CIFS.
Port integer Port for FTP server. Default is set to 21.
ProxyPasswd string The password to login into proxy server.
ProxyPort string Port for the proxy server. Default is set to 80.
ProxyServer string The IP address of the proxy server.
ProxySupport string DefaultProxy, 'Off', ParametersProxy Specifies if proxy should be used. Default is 1 (Off).
ProxyType string HTTP, SOCKS The proxy type of the proxy server. Default is 0 (HTTP).
ProxyUname string The user name for the proxy server.
ShareName string Name of the CIFS share or full path to the NFS share. Optional for HTTP/HTTPS share (if supported), this may be treated as the path of the directory containing the file.
ShareType string CIFS, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, Local, NFS, TFTP, VFLASH Type of the network share. Default value is based on iDRAC. Embedded.1#SupportAssist.1#DefaultProtocol attribute, when this parameter is not passed.
Transmit string 'No', 'Yes' This property specifies if collection should be transmitted to Dell. Default value is 0 (No).
UserName string UserName used to access the share. This parameter is mandatory when ShareType is CIFS.
Workgroup string Workgroup for the CIFS share - optional.
