Reset the device to factory default settings using Wyse Management Suite

You can send a command from Wyse Management Suite to reset your online devices to factory default settings.

1. Log in to the Wyse Management Suite server.
2. Go to the Devices page.
3. Apply the filters to find the preferred device.
4. Select the check box of the device.
5. From the More Actions drop-down menu, click Factory Reset.
   An Alert window is displayed.
6. Enter the reason for the client reset.
7. Click Send Command.
   NOTE:You cannot use the Factory Reset command to reset offline devices.
