Network groupnets subnets pools interfaces resource

In OneFS 9.2, this functionality has been merged into the /12/network/interfaces API. This endpoint will no longer receive new functionality. To upgrade to /12/network/interfaces from this API, replace:

/7/network/groupnets/<GROUPNET>/subnets/<SUBNET>/pools/<POOL>/interfaces

with

/12/network/interfaces?owner=<GROUPNET>.<SUBNET>.<POOL>
