Secure a non-RAID disk
In HII, secure a non-RAID disk by using the security key of the controller.
Steps
- Enter the Dell PERC 12 Configuration Utility. See Enter the PERC 12 HII Configuration Utility.

. An enclosure number can be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on.
All the physical disks associated with the selected enclosure are listed.
- Select a non-RAID disk.
- From the Operations drop-down menu, select Secure Non-RAID Disk.
