The Enclosure ID (EID) or Device ID (DID) may change after a restart
- Description
- When external storage enclosures are connected to a HBA355e adapter, the EID and DID may change either when the sever is restarted or when the SAS drive is hot-pushed or hot-pulled. The EID and DID fields are displayed in the PERC CLI output when using the UEFI or OSs (Linux and Microsoft Windows). This is a known issue and has no impact on the performance.
