  1. 異なるストレージ特徴を持つ複数の仮想ディスクを作成します。
  2. 各仮想ディスクに VMFS データストアを構築して、各データストアにその特徴に基づいたラベルを付けます。
  3. 仮想ディスク上に構築された VMFS データストア内の仮想マシンアプリケーションのデータを格納する仮想ディスクを、アプリケーション要件に応じた RAID レベルで割り当てます。
  4. 優先度の高い VM と優先度の低い仮想マシンを区別するにはディスク共有を使用します。
    • 注: ディスク共有は、指定されたホスト内でのみ関連を持ちます。ホスト上の仮想マシンに割り当てられた共有は、他のホスト上の仮想マシンには影響しません。
  5. VM のパフォーマンスが許容できるかどうか識別するためにアプリケーションを実行します。
