Enable or disable CloudIQ
CloudIQ is enabled by default on ME5 Series storage systems. To send data to CloudIQ, you must have a business account on dell.com. In addition, the ME5 Series storage system must be onboarded to CloudIQ and SupportAssist must be enabled on the storage system.
About this task
To stop sending data to CloudIQ without removing the storage system from CloudIQ, clear the Enable CloudIQ checkbox.
Steps
- Go to Maintenance > Support.
- On the SupportAssist tab, select or clear the Enable CloudIQ checkbox.

Apply Changes, and click
OK at the confirmation prompt.
NOTE It may take several hours for changes to the CloudIQ setting to take effect.
