Rename a Back-End I/O Port
Set a display name for an I/O port to make it more identifiable.
Steps
- If you are connected to a Data Collector, select a Storage Center from the drop-down list in the left navigation pane of Unisphere Central.
- From the
SYSTEM menu, click
Ports.
The Ports view is displayed. - Click the Back End Ports tab.
- Select
the I/O port, then click
(Edit).The Edit Port dialog box opens. - In the Name field, type a descriptive name for the I/O port.
- Click OK.The Edit Port dialog box closes.
