Removing the M.2 Solid-State Drive — SSD

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the base cover.
  3. To remove the solid-state drive (SSD):
    1. Remove the M2.0 x 3 screw that secure the SSD to the system [1].
    2. Lift and slide the SSD away from the system [2].
