Installing heat sink assembly
Heat sink assembly
comprises of heat sink and the system fan.
- Align the heat sink assembly with screw holders on the system board.
- Connect the fan cable to the connector on the system board.
- Replace the M2.0 x
3.0 screws to secure the heat sink assembly to the system board.
NOTE Replace the screws in the order of the callout numbers [1, 2, 3, 4] as indicated on the heat sink.
- Install the following:
