As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dell, Laura-Kate works as part of a team who are passionate about hiring the best talent to fit the needs of the business. Working in Dell allows her to work on projects such as Stem Aspire where she can inspire, motivate and encourage future female talent. Laura-Kate is a real advocate of STEM and enjoys promoting females into technology by enhancing and instilling confidence at third level and in the work place. Prior to Dell Laura-Kate led a team of Recruiters in a BPO organization in Cork delivering over 2,000 hires per year. Outside of work Laura-Kate spends her free time in fashion, running, career coaching and spending time with friends.
