Tom is the Vice President and General Manager for the Performance PCs portfolio of products at Dell Technologies. This portfolio includes the Precision workstations, XPS notebooks and Dell Rugged product lines. Tom is responsible for end to end management as well as ensuring the health of these lines of business including brand and portfolio strategy, business performance (e.g. Revenue, Units and Margin), product planning and product management as well as the brand promise of value.
Prior to joining Dell in 2015, Tom held numerous executive positions in the IT industry with a focus on Product Management across hardware, software and service offerings.
Tom has traveled extensively and has been on international assignment twice. He spent two years in Paris, France as Commercial Brand Manager for EMEA. In 2006 he lived in Beijing, China for one year while creating a worldwide product management team.
Tom holds a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
