In March, we announced your feedback has inspired an improved Dell shopping experience, one that makes less complex and easier to navigate. But, we’re only getting started – those changes were the first in a series of customer inspired improvements that we’ll continue to roll out over the next several months worldwide. Today, starting in the US, we are introducing the new ‘For Home’ site, making it easier to find the information and products you want, compare them, order them, and get support. The new ‘For Home’ site is:

  1. Easier to get around: Filter your search by virtually any feature, or browse easily using category tabs that make it easy to access all Dell products and the latest Dell deals.
  2. Easier to find the right information – Relevant content is now much more accessible on each product page. Features and design for each product are simple to read and relevant. Helpful content such as blog posts or videos associated with the product are now front and center on each product page.
  3. Easier to compare products: We know how important comparing products is to making a solid purchase decision. Add the products you’re browsing to our new Compare tool to see their features side by side and make a confident choice.
  4. Easier to purchase with a faster, better checkout: An intuitive path takes you right from configuring your product to adding accessories and services, showing your subtotal every step of the way.

The site is available to U.S. customers today and will roll out around the globe in the coming months. Be sure to keep your eyes on this page for updates on additional improvements to come.
