Client Solutions Group (CSG)

This is the organization you will be a part of. Our Client
Solutions offerings include hardware, such as desktop PCs,
notebooks, 2-in-1s and thin clients, software, including
end-point security and peripherals, such as monitors, printers and
projectors, as well as third-party software and peripherals.

Recent Graduate Experience (RGX)

RGX is a 3-year development program for CSG recent graduates that facilitates experiences to fulfill and

empower graduates to achieve their career goals at Dell.

All communications from HR will be delivered to you via Workday. This may include items such as your Badge ID, Start Date, Job Title, Manager
information, etc. You may also be assigned Workday tasks to complete before your start date. If you feel you are missing anything you need, please
reach out to your manager or HR through Workday

Dell’s Global Dress Code is business casual.

Work with your manager to schedule a time to pick up your badge at your designated Dell site. If you are a remote employee, communicate with your manager to understand when you should expect your badge to be shipped directly to you.

You should communicate with your manager on their expectations/what you will need on your first day. You may be required to bring official
documents with you. We recommend , at minimum, having your Dell system, pen and paper with you.

Expect to have your Dell equipment. If receiving equipment remotely, communicate with your manager to understand when it will be delivered. If your
manager informed you to go into the office to receive equipment, please ensure you get building information and time directly from your manager.

1x1 with manager

Communication is key to successful professional relationships. Ask your manager for a quick check in for your first day to ensure you are set up for success your first week.

Connect to your equipment

Set aside time to set up your key productivity tools like connecting to the network and VPN for the first time.

Meet your team

Take time to schedule 1x1s with your team members. This will help you get acclimated to the team, how you can expect to interact with each colleague, and help build a sense of community with your team.
