To streamline PC installation, management and maintenance, AVK’s solution includes Dell ProDeploy, Dell ProSupport Plus, Accidental Damage Service and Asset Recovery Services.
Impact
By replacing its traditional PC model with PCaaS, AVK improved planning with predictable monthly payments. The company reduces e-waste with sustainable PC lifecycles. PC configuration and deployment processes now take 25 minutes instead of two to three days. AVK has also improved IT security and simplified remote PC management.
