AlienFX Keyboard Language in Alienware Command Center Does not Match Physical Keyboard Language

Users are unable to individually modify the RGB of their keys through AlienFx. Lighting works on all keys when using default lighting but fails to light certain keys when modified.
Cause
AlienFx keyboard layout (language and standard) does not match physical keyboard layout (may affect multiple Keyboard languages).
Stored country code values in the physical keyboard do not match corresponding country codes for AWCC. They may be set to the same keyboard language in the Alienware BIOS, but they are not able to recognize the keyboard language due to differing stored values for language codes.
Example: The physical keyboard layout is Brazil ABNT standard, but AWCC displays a US English layout. Because of this, the user is unable to modify Ç, \, and the ] keys.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, update the BIOS on the computer that has the issue. The BIOS can be downloaded from the Drivers & Download page of the computer product page from Dell support:
