Cause
- NetWorker 服务器无法解析存储节点名称。这可能是由于 DNS 或主机文件中的问题造成的，具体取决于其正在使用的文件。
Resolution
确认名称解析。
1.在 NetWorker 服务器上运行 nslookup命令，以确认 NetWorker 存储节点的 DNS 解析。
nslookup storage_node_name
提醒：FQDN、短名称和 IP 地址应该都能正确解析。DNS 解析问题必须由域管理员解决。
2.如果未使用 DNS，请确保更新 NetWorker 服务器的操作系统主机文件，以包括 NetWorker 存储节点的 IP 地址、FQDN 和短名称。
