Symptoms
通过从 VxRail 插件 UI 故障排除 页面同时选择所有组件来收集完整的日志捆绑包，如果日志收集时间超过 30 分钟，则可能会完成并显示错误消息：无法从 url 下载日志包。
检查收集的日志，其他组件的日志已成功收集，但未能下载 vCenter 日志捆绑包。
Cause
在 VxRail Manager 触发 vCenter 日志捆绑包生成后，vCenter 中生成的日志包将在 30 分钟后自动删除。
如果出于某种原因，整个日志生成任务需要更长的时间来完成，例如，一起选择更多组件（VxRail Manager、vCenter、ESXi、Platform、iDRAC）或某些捆绑包大小过大，需要更长的时间来收集，则可能会超过 30 分钟的限制。vCenter 日志包下载任务失败，因为文件已删除。
Resolution
收集 vCenter 日志包的解决方法：
按照 VxRail 插件 UI 故障排除 页面收集日志包，但仅选择“vCenter”组件以单独收集它。
