Symptoms

  • 이 알림은 예측적 장애 상태이며 아직 장애가 발생하지 않았기 때문에 Data Domain에서 디스크 장애로 보고되지 않습니다.
  • DD의 BIOS 로그 또는 TSR의 Lifecycle Log에 다음과 같은 예측적 드라이브 장애 오류가 표시됩니다. 
"Predictive failure reported for Disk.Bay.13:Enclosure.Modular.0:NonRAID.Slot.3-1. Part Number ="

Cause

Resolution

  • TSR 디버그 로그를 캡처하여 확장 셸프에서 드라이브의 위치를 확인합니다.
  • 이 예에서는 확장 ES40 셸프의 슬롯 13에 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 그래픽을 참조하십시오.

  • 다음 명령을 실행합니다.storage remove force 2.14"를 실행하여 디스크 재구축을 시작합니다.
명령

 

  • 혼합 IP 디스패치 프로세스를 사용하여 디스크 2.14를 교체합니다. - 시스템의 서비스 태그를 입력하여 QI 도구를 사용하여 드라이브의 파트 번호를 확인합니다. 내부용 - dell.com(Quality Intelligence)

 

  • 디스크를 교체한 후 "storage add force 2.14"를 선택하여 어레이에 디스크를 추가합니다.
