Symptoms

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) vProxy 어플라이언스를 통해 타겟 vCenter로 VM 복원이 수행되고 있습니다.

타겟 vCenter에서 백업이 수행되지 않고 복원만 수행됩니다. 

VM 복원의 복원 세션에는 다음이 포함됩니다.

nsrvproxy_recover: vProxy Log: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:SS ERROR: [NW_BUILD#] Failed to find all virtual machines by IP: POST "/sdk"; 401 Unauthorized

저장된 복구 로그는 NetWorker Server의 다음 위치에서 볼 수 있습니다.

  • Linux: /nsr/logs/recover
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover

복구에 사용되는 vProxy 어플라이언스에는 다음 아래에 복구 로그가 포함됩니다.

  • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vrecoverd
  • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vrecoverd/DATE

Cause

vProxy에 다음이 포함되어 있습니다. /etc/hosts vCenter에 대한 파일 항목이 있지만 IP 주소가 올바르지 않습니다. 원격 시스템이 포트 443에서 수신 대기하므로 연결이 성공한 것으로 나타나지만 복구에서 vCenter의 vProxy를 IP 주소로 식별할 수 없습니다.

사용 ProxyHC 인증 스위치가 있는 유틸리티에 다음이 로그인되었습니다. /tmp/proxy-hc.log:

Resolution

vProxy가 타겟 vCenter를 올바른 IP 주소로 확인하고 있는지 확인합니다. 

nslookup address
참고: FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name), 간단한 이름 및 IP 주소가 모두 확인되어야 합니다.

vCenter가 DNS(Domain Name System)를 완전히 확인할 수 있는 경우 /etc/hosts 파일에서 항목을 제거합니다.
