Avamar: Kan niet aanmelden bij de Avamar gebruikersinterface of Java Administrator als gebruikersnaam "MCUser"

Symptoms

Kan niet aanmelden bij de Avamar Administrator, er wordt een fout weergegeven met het bericht:

0 ERROR! Exit code 69: Authentication failure"

 

En wanneer u probeert toegang te krijgen tot de AUI Avamar-site, wordt de volgende fout weergegeven.

Cause

Het is mogelijk dat het MCUser-wachtwoord niet kan worden geverifieerd. Het is noodzakelijk om het root- en MCUser-wachtwoord opnieuw in te stellen.

 

Resolution

Ga als volgt te werk om het probleem te onderzoeken:

  1. Start de avmgr logn --id=MCUser --ap=<password> Opdracht.

    Mogelijke uitvoer:

0  ERROR!  Exit code 69: Authentication failure  (Invalid password?  User disabled?) 
     2023/01/16-18:13:02.49198 [avmgr]  ERROR: <0001> uplinkcallbase::send   Could not send message to dispatcher

 

  1. Controleer of alle services up-by zijn:

dpnctl status

 

  1. Controleer of de coördinator is ingeschakeld met:

status.dpn

 

  1. Stop alle actieve back-up- of replicatietaken nadat MCS opnieuw is opgestart.

  2. Bereid de huidige root- en MCUser-wachtwoorden voor.

  3. Start de change-passwords opdracht als rootgebruiker.

    • Prompts zullen verschijnen.
    • SSL-berichttype "nee"
    • OS (login) wachtwoorden wijzigen? Typ 'nee'.
    • Nieuwe SSH-sleutels genereren? Typ 'nee'.
    • Change Avamar Server passwords? Typ 'yes'.
    • Change Avamar Server password for "MCUser"? Typ 'yes'.
    • Voer het MCUser-wachtwoord twee keer in.
    • Change the Avamar Server password for "root"? Typ 'yes'.
    • Voer het root-wachtwoord twee keer in.
    • Change Avamar Server password for "repluser"? Typ 'nee'.
    • Het viewuser-wachtwoord wijzigen? Typ 'nee'.

  4. Nadat u de prompts hebt voltooid, wordt u gevraagd of u de MCS-database opnieuw wilt opstarten, typt u "yes".

  5. Wacht tot het proces is voltooid en controleer of alle services actief zijn met de dpnctl status Opdracht

  6. Probeer u opnieuw aan te melden bij de Avamar Administrator Java- of AUI-site als MCUser.
