Symptoms

Spuštění modulu Lifecycle Controller Diagnostika hardwaru selže s následující chybou:

Unable to find Diagnostics application.

Recommended Action
Update the Diagnostics application using the Firmware Update feature in Lifecycle Controller. For the latest Update Packages, contact your service provider.

Cause

Jedná se o běžný problém, kdy se ztratí aplikace diagnostiky hardwaru.

Resolution

Chcete-li tento problém vyřešit, přeinstalujte aplikaci Diagnostika hardwaru.
  1. Stáhněte si aplikaci Diagnostika hardwaru.
  2. V části iDRAC >Maintenance >Manual Update>Browse vyberte soubor .exe, který jste stáhli v kroku 1.
  3. Počkejte na dokončení úlohy.
  4. Otevřete nástroj Lifecycle Controller a spusťte diagnostiku hardwaru.
