Symptoms

运行生命周期控制器硬件诊断 失败，并显示以下错误：
 
错误消息的屏幕截图 
Unable to find Diagnostics application.

Recommended Action
Update the Diagnostics application using the Firmware Update feature in Lifecycle Controller. For the latest Update Packages, contact your service provider.

在生命周期控制器的固件更新选项卡下，硬件诊断程序版本为 0。（这可以从 iDRAC > 进行检查系统 > 资源清册）
