Symptoms

Kommandot PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) get_dd_mtree_credential.py <mtree> ger inga utdata.

Till exempel:   
cd /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts

./get_dd_mtree_credential.py mtree
/usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts>

Cause

Skriptet get_dd_mtree_credential.py nollställdes av misstag. 
ls -ltr 
...
-rwxr-x--- 1 admin app       0 Sep 18 11:16 get_dd_mtree_credential.py
...

Resolution

  1. Kontakta PowerProtect Data Manager-supporten för att få en kopia av skriptet.
  2. Kopiera skriptet till katalogen /usr/local/brs/puppet/scripts.
  3. Kör följande kommando: 
chmod 755 get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
chown admin:app get_dd_mtree_credential.py.
