要複製：
- 完成 OOBE ，進入桌面
- 開啟 Windows 收件匣相機應用程式 （相機應用程式會顯示黑色畫面，無法正常運作）。
注意：
- 此問題只會發生在相機應用程式版本 2023.2312.3.0 中。
- 簽入 設定 >應用程式 >已安裝的應用程式>攝影機 >進階選項
Cause
Windows 收件匣攝影機應用程式發生問題。
Resolution
有兩種方法可以解決此問題：
- 重新開啟 Windows 收件匣攝影機應用程式。
- 將 Microsoft Store 中的 Windows 收件匣相機更新至最新版本：
- 透過開始功能表開啟 Microsoft商店 。
- 在 Microsoft Store 中，搜尋攝影機 ，然後選取 Windows 攝影機。
- 按一下 更新。
- 應用程式更新完成後，按一下 開啟。
- 透過開始功能表開啟 Microsoft商店 。
若要確認相機應用程式的版本：
- 開啟 Windows 相機應用程式
- 按一下左上角的 Settings （設定
- Windows 收件匣相機版本已更新至 2025.2501.1.0 或更新版本。
