Symptoms
Een Avamar back-up kan geen back-up maken van een bestand in een windows-versleutelende bestandssysteemmap.

Cause
De avagent wordt uitgevoerd als een 'lokaal systeem'-gebruikersproces en heeft geen bevoegdheden om het doelbestand te lezen. Dit is waar, ongeacht of het bestand is versleuteld of niet.
Resolution
Geef de gebruiker aan welke avagent wordt uitgevoerd, zoals met de bevoegdheden die nodig zijn om het doelbestand te lezen.
