Symptoms
Avamar 備份無法備份位於 Windows 加密文件系統資料夾內的檔案。
系統會產生下列客戶端記錄訊息。
2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5737>: I/O error: Unable to open encrypted file "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5137>: Unable to open "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
Cause
avagent 以「本機系統」用戶程式執行，沒有許可權可讀取目標檔案。無論檔案是否加密，皆然。
Resolution
以讀取目標檔案所需的許可權，提供正在執行的使用者。
