Symptoms

При резервном копировании Avamar не удается выполнить резервное копирование файла, расположенного в папке Windows Encrypting File System.

Создаются следующие сообщения журнала клиента.

2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5737>: I/O error: Unable to open encrypted file "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5137>: Unable to open "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).

 

Cause

Avagent выполняется в качестве пользователя «локальной системы» и не имеет прав на чтение целевого файла. Это верно независимо от того, зашифрован файл или нет.

Resolution

Предоставьте пользователю, который выполняется avagent, с правами, необходимыми для чтения целевого файла.
