2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5737>: I/O error: Unable to open encrypted file "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5137>: Unable to open "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
Cause
avagent 作为“本地系统”用户进程运行，没有读取目标文件的权限。无论文件是否加密，都是如此。
Resolution
向 avagent 运行的用户提供读取目标文件所需的权限。
