Symptoms

SRM Collector를 시작하지 못했습니다. 

이 문제는 SRM 3.7.x에서 SRM 버전 4.0.3으로 업그레이드할 때 나타날 수 있으며 4.1에서 계속됩니다.

NetApp Collector는 며칠마다 중지됩니다. NetApp Collector 로그에 아래 오류가 표시됩니다. 
WARNING -- [2017-05-22 10:06:37 CDT] -- RemoteCLICommandExecutor::getConnectionResults(): Connection result couldn't be retrieved.
java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.io.IOException: com.watch4net.apg.ssh.api.exception.SSHException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Session.connect: java.io.IOException: java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)
Caused by: java.io.IOException: com.watch4net.apg.ssh.api.exception.SSHException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Session.connect: java.io.IOException: java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)
다음 명령을 실행합니다. ps  ef | grep 22 문제가 있는 Collector 호스트에서 NetApp Collector는 포트 22를 사용하여 NetApp 디바이스와 통신합니다. 이 경우 총 1322개의 TCP 연결에는 FIN_WAIT1:

Cause

TCP 연결 수는 제한에 도달할 때까지 증가하고 Collector가 다른 디바이스와 통신하기 위해 새 TCP 연결을 만들지 못하게 합니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 운영 백엔드에서 방화벽을 재설정해야 합니다.

  1. SSH 를 통해 운영 백엔드 서버에 연결한 후 아래 두 명령을 실행합니다.
/sbin/SuSEfirewall2 off

/sbin/SuSEfirewall2  on
  1. 완료되면 SSH 를 통해 NetApp Collector 호스트에 연결하고 아래 명령을 실행합니다( FIN_WAIT1 연결이 더 이상 표시되지 않아야 함):
