Symptoms

Avamar에서 Data Domain으로의 모든 백업이 실패했습니다.

모든 유지 보수 작업이 실패했습니다. 
 MSG_ERR_DDR_ERROR
아래 명령을 실행하면 체크포인트가 유효하지 않은 것으로 보고되고 다음 오류가 보고됩니다.

Cause

Avamar 측에서 잘못된 DD Boost 비밀번호를 여러 번 자주 시도하면 Avamar가 잠기고 Avamar에 대한 모든 연결이 닫힙니다.

DD Boost 사용자로 Data Domain에 SSH 연결을 시도하면 X번의 로그인 실패로 인해 계정이 잠긴 것으로 표시됩니다.

Data Domain 계정에서 아래 명령의 출력에 DD Boost 사용자가 활성화된 것으로 표시됩니다.

레지스트리 설정이 올바른 것으로 확인되었습니다.

ddfs.info 에 Avamar IP 주소의 인증 실패가 표시됩니다.

Resolution

Dell 지원 팀에 문의하여 Avamar 및 Data Domain 지원 팀과 협력하여 해결 방법을 적용합니다.

동일한 DD Boost 사용자를 사용하는 각 Avamar에서 이 해결 방법을 따라야 합니다.

Additional Information

잘못된 비밀번호 대신 만료된 DD Boost 비밀번호로 인해 이 문제가 발생할 수도 있습니다.
