Resolution
Gli ingegneri Dell hanno identificato che i C-State nel BIOS rallentano la CPU.
Procedura per la risoluzione del problema:

Riavviare il PC.

Premere il tasto F2 quando il sistema arriva alla schermata iniziale di Dell per accedere al BIOS di sistema .

Cliccare su Performance e quindi su c-states control
- È possibile disabilitare gli stati C e salvare e uscire dal BIOS per eseguire nuovamente l'avvio nel sistema operativo Windows.
La disabilitazione degli stati C consentirà alla CPU di funzionare alle velocità normali.
