Dell 工程師已確認 BIOS 中的 C 狀態正在節流 CPU。
故障診斷步驟：

重新開機 電腦。

當系統進入 Dell 啟動顯示畫面時，請按下 F2 鍵 ，以進入系統 BIOS。

按一下[Performance] （ 效 能） 然後 按一下 c 狀態控制
- 您可以 停用 C 狀態 並儲存並結束 BIOS，以開機返回 Windows 作業系統
停用 C 狀態會讓 CPU 以正常速度執行。
