Resolution

Dell 엔지니어는 BIOS의 C-상태가 CPU를 스로틀링하고 있음을 확인했습니다.

문제 해결 단계:

  1. PC를 재부팅합니다.

  2. 시스템이 Dell 시작 화면에 도달하면 F2 키를 눌러 시스템 BIOS로 들어갑니다.

  3. Performance를 클릭한 다음 c-states control을 클릭합니다.

  4. C-상태를 비활성화하고 BIOS를 저장하고 종료하여 Windows 운영 체제로 다시 부팅할 수 있습니다.

C-상태를 비활성화하면 CPU가 정상 속도로 실행될 수 있습니다.
