Symptoms
PowerStore Manager may display the following message when performing a Health Check of a PowerStore cluster as part of routine maintenance or when preparing a PowerStore cluster for a non-disruptive software update (NDU): Platform DARE drive no encryption key check failed. The upgrade cannot start while there are drives that have no encryption key. Please call Support (dare_drive_no_key_failed_X)".
This message might be observed on the following PowerStoreOS versions:
- 2.0.0.0
- 3.6.x+
