Symptoms

安裝和/或升級後，ESXi DCUI IP 位址為 0.0.0.0。

DCUI 顯示 IP 位址零

Cause

依預設，ESXi 作業系統會從 vmk0 中挑選靜態 IP 位址。

Resolution

要解決此問題： 
  1. 讓受影響的節點進入維護模式
  2. 設定正確的 VMkernel 介面和管理 IP 位址，執行：  
    # esxcfg-advcfg --set vmk2 /Net/ManagementIface
# esxcfg-advcfg --set <IP address> /Net/ManagementAddr
  3. 檢查並確認以下檔案中是否有正確的設定：  
    /etc/vmware/esx.conf > look for line: /adv/Net/ManagementAddr
/bootbank/etc/vmware/esx.conf > look for line: /adv/Net/ManagementAddr
/altbootbank/etc/vmware/esx.conf > look for line: /adv/Net/ManagementAddr
  4. 執行 auto-backup.sh 並確認上述檔中的相同設定
  5. 將主機重新開機
  6. 仔細檢查問題
