Symptoms
U3421WE 모니터를 USB-C 케이블로 DA305에 연결한 다음 Latitude 5431 또는 Precision 3470 노트북에 연결하면 USB-C 연결을 사용할 때 화면이 표시되지 않습니다.
Cause
노트북과 U3421WE 모니터 사이에 DA305가 있으면 저전압 보호 회로가 작동될 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 PD(Power Delivery) 컨트롤러가 종료됩니다.
Resolution
이 동작을 방지하기 위해 다음을 수행할 수 있습니다.
- DA305에서 USB-C 연결을 사용하는 대신 DA305에서 U3421WE 모니터로 HDMI 또는 DP(DisplayPort) 연결을 사용합니다.
