Symptoms

- Unisphere 관리를 위해 고객이 LDAP 서버 포트 3268에서 포리스트 레벨 LDAP 인증을 구성했습니다. 고객은 보안 구성 가이드를 따라 Advanced 창의 User ID Attribute 필드에 사용자PrincipalName을 지정했습니다.

사용자 및 그룹에 LDAP 사용자를 추가하려고 할 때 --> User Management --> Manage Users & Groups에서 다음 오류가 수신되었습니다.

Cause

- 포리스트 레벨 LDAP 인증이 구성되면 역할 매핑을 위한 LDAP 사용자의 사용자 이름을 @ 형식으로 구성해야 합니다. 이는 고객이 LDAP 서버에서 사용자를 위해 구성하는 사용자PincipalName입니다. 

Resolution

- Windows 도메인 컨트롤러가 LDAP 서버인 경우 Active Directory 사용자 및 컴퓨터를 통해 사용자 속성에서 userPrincipalName을 재시도할 수 있습니다. 사용자의 특성 편집기를 표시하려면 보기 탭의 고급 기능을 활성화해야 합니다.
