Symptoms

情况：2 个虚拟机（VM1 VMDK 大小 2.5 TB，VM2 VMDK 大小 3.51 TB）备份失败，并显示错误：
工作流日志： 
YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:SS ERROR: [54] Data Mover: Hard disk 3: VDDK: Failed to open source VMDK '[datastore] vmname/vmname_1.vmdk': VDDK Error: 13: You do not have access rights to this file.

Cause

错误“VM_NAME.vmdk 大于数据存储区上支持的最大文件大小”来自 vProxy 所在的 VMware 数据存储区。

Resolution

VMware vMotion/将 vProxy 迁移到同一群集中的另一个数据存储区，备份成功。

要修复数据存储区问题，请重新启动群集中的每个 ESXi 主机，以获得所有 F/C 存储的干净连接/装载。联系 VMware 支持人员以进一步调查数据存储区问题。
