Symptoms

winclustersvc.log의 해당 부분은 " 위한 EMC Avamar 백업 클러스터 클라이언트"의 소유자에 있는 C:\Program Files\avs\var\ 폴더에 있습니다. 이는 Failover Cluster Manager에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Cause

Microsoft WMI API는 백업 데이터 세트의 특정 Hyper-V 노드에서 여러 VM을 선택하면 이러한 메시지를 생성합니다.

Resolution

Hyper-V 노드에는 모든 최신 Microsoft 업데이트가 설치되어 있어야 합니다.

VM에는 디스크 세트, 공유 디스크 또는 게스트 내 CSV가 구성되어 있지 않습니다. Hyper-V 이미지 백업은 지원되지 않습니다.

해결:
  • 더 작은 그룹을 사용합니다. 
  • 백업 데이터 세트의 특정 노드에서 더 적은 수의 VM을 선택합니다.
  • Hyper-V 노드에서 WMI API 문제를 해결하려면 Microsoft와 케이스를 엽니다.  

Additional Information

winclustersvc에서 디버그를 활성화하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
  1. 메모장을 사용하여 Hyper-V 노드에서 C:\Program Files\avs\var\ 폴더에서 winclustersvc.cmd를 생성합니다. " 위한 EMC Avamar 백업 클러스터 클라이언트"의 소유자입니다.
  2. --debug를 추가합니다.
  3. Hyper-V 노드에서 "EMC Avamar Plug-in Service for Windows"를 다시 시작합니다. 
  4. 백업을 다시 실행하여 문제를 재현합니다.
