Symptoms

Sikkerhedskopieringen af SQL FCI-klyngen fuldføres med undtagelser. PowerProtect Data Manager registrerer ikke kopien.

Følgende fejl ses i adm.log (/var/log/brs/adm/adm*): 
ERROR [] [monitorActorSystem-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-127] [00000000-0000-4000-a000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:be9368804c60df6d;EXEC_ID:9b865b82960ffd3b][] [c.e.d.e.a.s.h.BackupCopyHelper.lambda$4(257)] -  Unable to find data source with natural id: [R01xxxxx, R00xxxxx] for processing copy: [R01xxxxx]. This may happen if the data source was deleted/GCed in ES.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager intern databaseafbildning af SQL FCI-databaser indeholder ikke-understøttede entydige id'er.

Resolution

Kontakt Dell PowerProtect Data Manager-support for at rydde op og reparere den interne database.
